After childbirth, it is important that the pelvic muscles are in good shape, as they support the weight of the abdominal organs. During pregnancy and childbirth these muscles are considerably weakened, leading to problems with incontinence or sexual dysfunctions.

Our physiotherapists will assess any dysfunctions that may have occurred in the muscles and will design an individualised rehabilitation programme.
